One of my bridesmaids...

Plans on working the day of my wedding (!!!???). I am not sure if she realizes that we would be getting ready in the morning and taking pictures and stuff. I think she just thought she'd show up at the time of the invitations.... I am starting to get nervous that some of them might not get the concept of being in a bridal party haha. Sounds like an email needs to go out ASAP. I thought I would wait until the itinery was final but, I am getting scared now lol.

Times like this I regret having a large bridal party.

Re: One of my bridesmaids...

Someone did this for my friend's wedding because it was a Friday, she had a brand new job and really couldn't leave for the whole day. She got to my friend's house for when the photographer got there but did not get her hair done with us. She looked fine and it worked out!

Re: One of my bridesmaids...

Maybe you can send an email out to all the girls asking them who would like to have their make-up or hair done at your house that morning before the photographers/videographers come there to do their stuff. That way you are letting them know that they need to be at your house ready by a specific time.

Ita. I thought I would be able to sleep in on the day of my friends wedding until she said we had to start getting ready at 9 at the salon. We were busy all day so it wasn't like she just wanted us there early. I think the best you can do is send out a tentative ttimeline and hope for the best.
