One of the GM may not make it to the wedding

So my Fh just called and one of his GM mother's is in the hospital and may have to have heart surgery on Sat (our wedding day) I'm so upset for him and FH. He is going to let us know tomorrow I think whether he can make it.
I guess there is nothing we can do but wait and pray. Think good thoughts ladies....

sorry to hear that...i hope everything goes well...

My sisters BIL is navy intelligence and he didn't know until 3 days before whether he would be able to go to the wedding (he wasn't)...he was the bestman...

do you think he could make the ceremony and then go to the hospital afterwards? I know its hard to bring up though
