Was wondering? I have been to four different photographers and two of them offered dual photographers in the package while the other two offered one (could add a second for a fee). I was wondering whether most brides opted for two photogs during their event or one. Two photogs can offer different angles and many more proofs but the price is more expensive. I'd like to know if it's worth it to go for the two or if the one can handle the task. Any insight or experiences on the subject will be appreciated. Thanks girls!!. p.s. having 125- 150 guests (places offering one photographer said having two is just not necessary)

Re: One photographer or two??
We are having a 2nd photographer. I was worried that I wouldn't have enough photo journalistic shots. My dad was concerned he wouldn't get the boring traditional shots- so thats how we made us both happy.

I am so glad that we had 2 photographers - one had candid shots and one had posed - I love the candid ones so much more!

We are actually having 3 photographers. Two are from our photography company that will capture everything. The third is a professional photographer from our DJ's partner company that will get the CH and reception only. But we'll get those pics at the end of the night on a CD!

We are having two since one of them is a photographer and the other one is a photojournalist. We went with the package that had two because we wanted to make sure everything was covered.

I had one photographer and he managed to capture just about everything. When I looked at my proofs I was like 'When/where was this? I don't remember this!' because he was everywhere! You can see a lot of my pics in my review.

I also think that it is based on preference. I had 150 guest and had one photographer...he was totally awesome and got tons of different angles and shoots. We had a little over 800 proofs. For us, I don't think it was necessary. I wouldn't have paid extra for it.
