Be careful - a lot of places will say 'one wedding at a time' and have lots of other non wedding parties going on that day.

I agree...but also a lot of places that do one wedding at a time do require a higher minimum to offset this, so if you're looking for a small reception, you may need to reconsider this. It was one of the factors that played into us going with villa over the sound.

Not all places.. ours is one wedding at a time and we have a low min. Alot of other places as well when we were looking.
