Smaller venue though, holds up to 180 - but it's gorgeous, and right on the water.

Venetian Yacht Club is not one wedding at a time (an earlier post says it is).

Some other places are....

Atlantica, Bourne Mansion, Thatched Cottage, Westbury Manor is not necessarily but they will sometimes agree to do only one...
