yes I am feeling better, it is because of stress at work and the stress is on a plane to Poland

So my FH the Olympian...what a nut. He was trying to do a flare or a windmill. He ended up scraping his arm and bruising his back before he decided to stop. I swear I don't know him...it was an arranged marriage!
