I'm not from the Baldwin area, but by the looks of that picture, the house is BEAUTIFUL and seems to be in a great location (overlooking the water....) You have the rest of your lives to make it perfect. I say if everything else is ideal, buy it and fix it up. Especially if the price is right. My hubbie keeps telling me to look at houses as empty shells bc we can renovate anything we want. In other words, if we like the location and the house is spacious enough, buy it!

Thank you! It is really nice. It has so much work though that needs to be done before we can even move in. Lots of closets though which we need.
