We have the washer and dryer set that are stacked on top of each other (circa 1910) and you have to pull out the dial knob to start the wash. Well, I must have eaten Wheaties that morning b/c I pulled the knob all the way out and now it won't reconnect! We were eventually going to get a new w&d, but aren't ready to do so yet!!!! My parents gave me the # of their appliance repairman, but he hasn't called us back yet.
Anyone know a good appliance repair guy?

Re: Oops! I broke our washing machine this weekend.
We got our washer machine fixed a few months back and for a littel bit more we could of gotten a new one. We decided if it needs repair again, that is what we will do. Also, once I had a company come and fix my dryer and they broke something else. When I did a search on BBB they had hundreds of complaints against them. I saw on News 12 last month that the owner is going to jail for fraud. Make sure if you do call someone that you do a search on the BBB website.
