OOT bags.. question

Can anyone show me pictures of their timelines that they included in there OOT bags.. I'm having a brunch the next day at a different location... I'm also providing shuttle service to and from the hotel to the hall.. Just not sure how it should look and I'm looking for some ideas.. thanks in advance!

I'm actually not doing a timeline.... I figure it's all in the invitation.... but then again, our situation is different than yours.... all hotels are within walking distance to the church and hall....

we instead have a town map with good restaurants and shops, along with the church, hall, and our apt.
