OOT baskets

Got North Fork Chips at a discount rate b/c I'm a bride....yay!!!!! And the small 2oz bags are actually huge!!!
How soon before the wedding is everyone bringing OOT bags to the hotel?
And does anyone know where I can get Tate's cookies at a discount?
