OOT baskets for people that arent staying at hotel?
Should I still make baskets or something for my out of town guests? I dont think any of them will be staying at the hotel, they will be staying with family.

probably not - just logistics wise, i don't want to have to drive around to houses for the drop off. Plus, they will access to water, advil, etc at a house...
Although, I do think I might find a way to give them the information packet for visiting wineries and stuff.

I think I will. But only for family members that are coming from really far.

I am! And I'm going to give them out at out RD. My best friend (reader) and her hubby are coming all the way here but staying with some close friends. I didn't want to leave them out :) And also a few others, like my brother who got a better deal at another hotel (his SIL works for that chain and they get like $30 a night rates).

That's a great idea to give them out at the Rhearsal dinner. I really like that. Are you giving out all your baskets at the dinner, or just the ones that are not staying at hotels?

We aren't or at least that is what I am thinking as of now....I may let my mother take care of most of this (started some of it) since we are OOT ourselves

I'm giving on those who aren't staying at the hotel their OOT boxes at the RD, b/c most people will have already checked-in to the hotel before the RD.
