I need to know what the etiquitte (sp?) is for out of town guest - Do we pay for there rooms when they come up for the wedding???
If not, What should we do??

They are supposed to pay for their own hotel accomadations. Go to theKnot.com it has all the wedding etiquette you can imagine

We did not pay for OOT guest but we did give them a welcoming gift bags. INside were 'I love NY t-shirt', key chains, subway maps, train station schedule, water, snacks, candy. Everyone loved the bags and appreciated it!
