OOT Guests and Shuttle

OOT Guests and Shuttle

Need to get a shuttle for my guests...not sure when to exactly do this since invites don't go out til may but I also wanna make sure I get shuttles.

When are you girls ordering shuttles?

We plan on having a lot of OOT guest.. FH family is from Massachusetts.. So we ordered a coach bus holds up to 56 people. Leave from the hotel at 6:15 then it will do 2 return trips from the reception back to the hotel.. one at 12:00am (for the older crowd if they want) and another at 1:15am..
I am putting all the bus info inside the OOT bags

Thank you! So far we have 38 people staying at the hotel because we have out of town and Ireland coming for the wedding. So we are thinking of getting a 30 or 45 because the hotel to the rh is goin to be 30minutes due to traffic but only 20min at night.

I booked my shuttle through my hotel when I did the hotel block

We are going to wait until the hotel block ends, maybe even up to the RSVP date (which is 4 weeks before the wedding). I want to make sure we have enough room for everyone. FH doesn't want them to do multiple trips.
