oot guests. when to give hotel info

when, or how should I give hotel info? with the invitation? or just tell them about it?

I'm sending the hotel info w/ the std & I'm sending the wedding weekend activities invites in the form og a wedding newsletter once I know who booked rooms at the mansion; they will be the only ones revieving the newsletter. (the entire BP & immediate families are staying at the mansion, in addition to our ootg.

I don't know what propper edicate calls for but this is how we're doing it. HTH

I sent it with the STD's and I'm going to send the hotel info with invites as well. HTH

I didn't do save the dates, so I sent an e-mail to the out of town people I knew were planning to come about the hotel and asked if they thought they might stay at the hotel I'd selected -- some will be staying in Manhattan. I wanted to get a rough idea of usage since I had to guarantee 80 percent of the block that I'd booked. Then, I'm inserting the info card the hotel provided with our invitations.

With the save the date. I have a wedding website with all the info and am having the web address on my stds.

That's what we will be doing, though we haven't decided what to do for the STD's yet...

I did not send it out with the STD. Instead, I had my mom and fmil pass around the information. I am also sending out the info in the invite.

I think I'll have to send it with the invites. I already sent out stds last week. it's probably better that way, within a year my family would probably lose them. no one books anything on time, it's always last minute.
