We are going to book a 55 passenger Coach bus for our OOT guests to get from the hotel to the RH and back at the end of the night.
our ceremony starts at 6 (well 6:30 but invite time is 6).....and reception ends at 12
we were gonna get the bus from 5-1 am....is that enough time?
we probably only need 1-2 trips each way....should i have them start at 4:30 or even earlier since there could be Friday afternoon traffic?

Ehhhhh.... How many trips will it have to make from 4 Points to get everyone there?
I think 5 should be good. I work right over there so I can drive it on a Friday for you to see how long it takes. (4 points is literally 8 seconds from my office).

i think you're fine. i don't know if your guests will want to board a bus at 4:30, especially if they know later trips will be made.

we only need 1-2 trips there...so 5 should be good unless it gets stuck in traffic and then plp might show up late....but at least i have the extra 30 minutes until my ceremony starts. so maybe thats fine.
