My mom is saying that we have to provide transportation to and from the airport for our OOT guests.
Is this something we need with everyone coming different days and times, or are your guests getting to the hotel on their own?
(Lots of questions tonight, bear with me lol)

We're only providing transportation to and from the hotel and the wedding itself. It would be impossible to coordinate everyone's flight times.

the only person flying in is my bubbie and we are providing a car to pick her up (but we always do that -- shes my bubbie!!)
I dont think its necessary but is definitely really really nice if you parents arranged that for your guests.
We are providing a shuttle to and from our RH and the hotel.

Wow, I'd say that is VERY nice of your mom to provide transportation to and from the airport . . . She is going way above and beyond! Definitely not necessary as far as I'm concerned and really generous!
My parents and/or brother might pick up some close family members IF they have time but we don't have any of these details worked out (and I'm kinda leaving this part up to my mom). We won't be providing hired transportation at all for airport transport though. We will have a shuttle to and from the RH though for people staying at a separate hotel aside from the castle.

oh, for clarification, she isnt providing them. My mom cant even make it to the wedding because of her health :(
She is saying FH and I NEED to provide transportation, I should provide transportation for all my OOT guests and he should provide transport for all of his.....
we cannot afford that

I don't think you need to provide that...esp if it's not going to fit into your budget. We are just providing transportation to and from hotel/RH

Nope sorry, my guests are responsible for their own transportation to/from the airport. I'm providing enough for them as it is.

'm only providing transportation to and from the Ceremony/RH. I have ALOT of OOT Guests and it would be impossible to coordinate all of their transportation from nearby airports. Although the thought is great it can be very unreasonable (expense wise,etc) in lots of ways!

The hotel that we are using has transportation to and from the hotel.
This hotel also offers shuttle service to and from our ceremony/ reception, included in the price.

Wow, that's pretty generous. I don't think you NEED to provide transportation for everyone. I don't know how many people you are having OOT but that could definitely add up since I'm sure they'd all be coming in different times. We're having a lot of OOT guests but are not providing transportation.

Honestly that would break the bank for me. I will probably get suckered into going to pick people up from the various airports.

That is going to be crazy to coordinate and very expensive......although it is a nice gesture, I doubt anyone will actually be expecting this! I can understand transportation from the hotel TO the wedding, then in that case, yes.....but NOT from the airport to the hotel for each and every guest
