those of you who have done the OOT bags for guests staying at the hotel block....when did you get these together? right after the room block was released? or did you wait for any stragglers? i want to have enough for everyone staying, but i'm not sure at what point to cut off and actually get everything to assemble.

Hey! This was one of the LAST things I did! I put them together the week before the wedding, and based it on the number of rooms booked in my block.

We did this about 4 weeks before. We did wind up having some extras of everything but we just wanted to get it out of the way. So I used the hotel block list as of about 30 days before but some people wound up deciding not to stay.

We are putting ours together litterally the Thursday before the wedding. Reason being we can't get them all to the hotel if we put them together before hand. I actually have to drive up next weekend and drop off the supplies and then we have to go up on the 17th and put them together.
