I wound up making a brochure through publisher. I definitely added the poem, thought it was cute too!

OOT Welcome Letter Template

ours was very similar. i printed them on cheap blank wedding invitations and included a map of the area on the back. then i did a whole extra pamplet with more info/details - bc im crazy.
