not really sure close friend of mine is a cosmetic dentist...but i love the product thus far i can ask him though

the kit runs around $200 you can use it at home takes only 4 hours...but you must have the dental tray that goes into your mouth custom made (that's where the dentist comes in) the office visit may be pricey...you don't have to use the kit for a long period of time you see results in first week or two...i did but i also stopped drinking coffee and tea and i don't smoke
