this is a stupid question but can anyone go to open houses? we dont want to buy a house for a few months but i want to go look so i know what i want and such....does the real estate agents ask you a bunch of stuff at open houses or you can just go in and out?
Anyone can go to an open house but they make you fill out a short form when you walk in with your name, address, and phone number. The agents will work off those lists a could of weeks after the open house and call the people who looked at the house to see if they are still interested.

it's always good to look because the real estate prices are always changing. That's what i've been told.
i would go to as many as u can...even if you are bot going to buy yet, at least you and FH will get an idea of what you like and want.

yup best to get an idea of what you are looking for.
Plus, you never know...maybe you will find somethng. I have been looking to buy a house, go to the open houses and have hated all of them.
YES Fh and i used to go all the time for fun..we are not looking yet
