Open house in Central Islip 6/11 - $399k

Hey all! Just wanted to let you all know I'm doing a favor for a friend tomorrow and running his open house. OPEN HOUSE

It's from 12:30pm to 3pm and the address is 52 Satinwood St, Central Islip. The price was reduced yesterday from $429k to $399k, the sellers are motivated!!!

when he took the pics they were re-doing the paint and they were respackling everything.

anyway, it is great to see a house for under 400, and with low taxes. and it's not in bad shape, from the photos!

i'm a broker but it's not my listing. he had to go out of town unexpectedly so he asked me to fill in. it's definitely the nicest house on the block. they put on new siding, new windows, the kitchen was redone last summer, and theirs a rental in the basement.

It’s great to see a house under $400K in Central Islip?

IMO, there is something really wrong with that!

I would have to say thet my inlaws house in Setuaket - that sold for $385K was much nicer
and in a better school district

don't be discourged- the prices are dropping- not everyone wants you to believe that

my Dad's house already dropped- and he has not takers
