Open house in Mastic - Sunday
My dad and his partner have bought and completely renovated a 2 bedroom cottage in Mastic. I saw it today and its really adorable and close to the LIE and 27.
It has all new floors and carpeting, new kitchen, new cabinets, fresh paint, new front door and new windows. The bathroom is also brand new. The property is a good size - about 1/4 acre.
They are asking $235,000. Send me a FM if you're interested and would like the address.
