I think you can and should! A - No one will notice and B - what will they say...ohhhhh shes wearing open toes in October? Even if its dec...not biggie

PS - I am wearing closed toe in june....is this allowed??? HAHA not sure if I care even!

i wore open toe to a friends wedding 10/27 all the bms did! Bride def can!

I wear peep toe year round although sandals might look a little funny. to be honest, it doesnt matter what you do, just dont wear stockings with open toe.
