does anyone do this? i get manis every week but now im thinking of doing the gel to save time, but im scared its going to ruin my nails! thoughts??
i never get them but my MOH always gets them she loves them and the usually last her about two weeks so thats a plus since regular manis only last like a week!

I've been getting gel for a few months now! Be super careful with where you get them done because the way some places do them WILL ruin your nails! Make sure they let you soak for at least 10 min before touching your nails when you go to get them done the second time. As long as they know what they're doing and are considerate about their costumers nails you'll be fine! I love it!
i get the UV gel and i will never go back, i started with tips and now my nails have grown so they are wrapped. They last me a good three weeks and stay really pretty..
I think OPI has a new gel. Dont get their Axxium whatever you do. It will destroy your nails. I usually get Shellac or Gelish. If you have generally healthy nails I suggest trying it. When you need to take it off just make sure they let you soak them off (the first time I got it done they used a metro card to scrape it off). I've been using gel for the past few years and I love it.
