Is it okay, if there is a certain lipstick I have in mind for my wedding day, to take it to my makeup trial? Or is that inappropriate?

Re: Opinions...
I can't imagine why that would be a problem - but I'm not up to make up yet.
I would go in with an open mind though - and maybe see how your lipstick measures up against theirs.

Re: Opinions...
If you have something specific in mind, you should definitely bring it. I don't think a makeup artist would be offended at all.

I think it would be helpful to the makeup artist.

Great, thanks. I am going to have her use whatever she suggests, but I was just curious, in case I want to bring my current favorite lipstick.

Re: Opinions...
Mine told me if there was anything I wanted her to use, to bring it.
I was also told I could bring pictires.
I think they'll appreciate being pointed in the right direction,so they don't do something you hate.

i think you should bring it...the worst that could happen is that she will find a color that she has that matches the color you have...but i dont think it should be a problem

Re: Opinions...
I definately think it's okay. When I went to my trial, Oksana actually said to me that if I'd rather use something of mine, to let her know.
