My fiancee and I are running into a problem because we need two limos with twelve people in each limo. Since there are 12 people we would need a 12-14 person limo (we don't want SUV's). All the limo companies I look at have the same old limos but M&V had different limos from everyone else. I have heard mixed reviews about this company. Please let me know an honest review if you have used this company.....thank you!!!

I'm sure there are other companies out there that have what you're looking for...
from what I've heard, you might want to keep looking into other places before you make any final decisions.
Also, do a search on here for M&V and you'll be able to read more about them in detail.

It's really weird that this one company gets soooo many different opinions. DH and his brothers used them for his dad's 50th birthday and they were on time and enjoyed the service a lot. The limo was clean and the driver was friendly.

Well you are gonna hear alot of negative, probably more then good but I know a couple of people who have had great experiences with them We booked them because they where the only place that had what FH was looking for, for his bachrlor party so lets hope everything works out for us.

I booked them too, the day before you. We are thinking of cancelling also. Went to a bachelorette party last weekend and the limo broke down at the toll booth. Only problem is, we paid already, just for an antique car. ugh....

someone also recommended them to me....I did a post and got a lot of negative reviews....
I know there are a lot of bad reviews but my friend used them for her Jan '05 wedding and they were great!

My cousin has used them a few times to go to AC and other special occasions. She has always had a great experience. So I booked them for my wedding.

I would just do a search on them and really think about it. There are a lot of mixed reviews about them on this site, so I would just be careful. If you do book with them, tell them you will pay the final balance in cash the day of the wedding (this way you make sure they show up and everything goes ok). I did that with my limo company I just booked and they were ok with it. Good Luck!!

I have not heard anything positive about this company at all..... The biggest thing they seem to be noted for is not showing up....for your wedding or pick up for the airport for honeymoon... Good Luck!

personally, I did not like them, when I would ask questions, they would stall in getting back to me, and when I questioned them about how they were figuring a price on one of the limos they quoted...they did not get back to me...and I contacted them 3 times for the same information....
just had a gut feeling about them....but you have to weigh your own gut feeling about them too...a lot of girls had good experiences with them.

Thanks girls for all of your help......I heard too many bad stories over the last few days.....including a few people that took them to small claims court and won!!! I decided to book with ALL STAR.....Debbie was wonderful!!!

I used them on Sunday for my wedding. Just FH and I, we took a trip to town car from the RH to Shelter Island. First, they charged me $165 for the town car which included the ferry and “gratuity”. My driver then tried to get us to pay for the ferry again by saying that we had not paid for it. He also said that he did not get a tip from the company and insisted that we tip him so we gave him a tip. They had already taken a 20% gratuity. I called and complained the next day. They told me a manager would call me back and no one called me back. I called several days later and they told me that the 20% gratuity was the only payment that the driver got and that people always give a tip to the driver on top of the gratuity. I thought a gratuity was a tip! So needless to say, I do not have good things to say about them.

We used them for our wedding and so did some friends, neither of us had any problems. They were there on time, the limos were clean and I couldn't have ask for anything better. The one bad thing about them is for little things (such as bach parties, pick up/drop off) the contract out. That is why some people have problems with them.

They are horrible don't book with them there are so many other companys don't take the chance. Try calling Somerset Limo or Regency Limo. I used both of them several times never had a problem and they always got me whatever car I wanted

They stink! Don't waste you money or energy on them. I had a horrible experience dealing with them....i cancelled with them...I know many of other brides who had a horrible time with them...there are so many other limo places that are much better!

they have several bad reviews but my sister used them and they were fine.
we used dynasty limo in linhurst and they were great - best prices we found.
