Opinions needed on tips please!

Makeup and hair trial...
Both artists are coming to the house...
How much should:
I tip?
Mom tip?
Grandma tip?

Then in oct is epics...
Hair and makeup (a blow out) will be done by same chicky (shes coming to the house)...
How much do i tip?
How much do we tip photographer? (photo is coming to my house thenme and fh will be driving, we are doing an out east shoot and plan on getting a late lunch/early dinner while we are out there, fh and i def plan on paying for that)

Honestly I'm not sure. I think it's depends on how much they cost. For example, my MUA did my hair and make-up for my e-pics. She cost $85 for that, I gave her a $20 tip.

I think there is a thread on 2010 that had a breakdown for the tipping. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
