Opinions on Burtons Bridal (for dresses not flowers)

Can you please share your experiences (good/bad) with Burtson's Bridal. I contacted them today and the dress I want is about $700 cheaper at Burton's than at the bridal salon I originally went to.

I haven't really heard anything about their bridal salon just about their flowers so I would appreciate any info I can get. I need to order my dress ASAP!!!

Hi,

I ordered my dress there and my BM's dresses. like you they were so much better priced than all the other salons i went to. even their alteration fee was unbeatable.- for myself and for the BM dresses. my dress has been ordered and the BM dresses are getting ordered this weekend. I havn't had any problems thus far. I'm hoping that will continue to be the way.

I ordered my dress along with with the BMs dresses from Burtons and they were great! Prices were good and their alterations were awesome.

No problems here!

I got my dress there for about $400 less than at a Bridal Salon and the alterations were less than 1/2 of what they would've been. My girls also got their dresses from Burtons and we didn't have any issues. As long as you don't need someone to 'fall all over you' the way they do at the salons you'll be fine!!!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I got my bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding there around 4 years ago and they were nice and accommodating. I also bought my Maggie Sottero there and it was 400 cheaper than the cheapest bridal salon. Every time I call Carole is very friendly and helpful. I know that they have gotten some bad reviews but all my experiences have been great. Good luck! :)
