Opinions on getting married at Fox Hollow or elsewhere?

My FH and I still have not decided on where we should get married. We are an interfaith couple so trying to find a place that will make everyone happy has been very hard. So far our only choices are to get married at the hall or at CW Post Interfaith Chapel. My questions: Has anyone ever attended a wedding at Fox Hollow? If so, how was it? We wanted to attend our cocktail hour but feel if we get married at the hall, we will miss most of it because of pictures, but we don't want to see eachother before the ceremony (so we can't take the pics beforehand). Do you think if we got married at the hall, we would have any time left to attend the cocktail hour? Has anyone ever been to a wedding outside on the Island? The only other choice we can think of is renting a tent (in case of rain) and having it in a park or something like that. Any opinions on that? Also, what would something like that cost after renting chairs, tent, etc. I really want to figure out where we are getting married, but we are stuck. Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.
