Opinions on my Poem for the E-Party please!!
So i wrote a poem about how we got engaged for the e-party bc i dont want to have this question 567568903 times that night. Im going to print them on like 5x7 card stock and put them at each place setting. What do you think?
On February 15, 2008, Bobby and I had a dinner date.
I met him at a restaurant in Manhattan, not knowing what was about to happen
We dined upstairs in a private setting
Little did I know, what I would soon be getting
After our plates were cleared, Bobby started acting very weird
He insisted I order the Cheesecake for dessert
And immediately I was on the high alert
The dessert came out on a large white plate
Written in chocolate for all to see, were the words “Will You Marry Me?”
Bobby got down on bended knee
and as he looked at me, I knew right then that this was meant to be!
