Opinions on this flower combo or other suggestions

I love Black Baccara roses:



and know I want my bouquet, BM bouquets, and centerpieces to be these roses. I was thinking of not incorporating any white into the bouquets or the centerpieces and just focusing on the roses.

However I also love these dendrobium orchids:



Do you think it would look good if I SUBTLY accented my bouquet and the centerpieces with these orchids (I just don't know if it woul look right).

I HATE BABY'S BREATH and do not want it anywhere- not even in small amounts.

I like the tight, round, hand tied bouquets, but I also love the denrodrium orchid . . .

I guess I will ask when I meet with the florist, but I just wanted your ideas . . .

My BM dresses will be between champagne-pale gold.

you can definitely incorporate the dendrobium orchids. We did a wedding last week that was a tight bouquet of dendrobium and roses (and some other flowers like sweet pea).

Dendrobium also come in other colors if you don't want the red & white combo. There's a gorgeous celedon green which would look great.

Any other opinions?
