Opinions on West Lake Inn and prices?

Hi everyone, I recently got engaged (Christmas morning) and just started shopping around this weekend for a reception location. I`ve been to Westbury Manor, John Anthony`s on the Water and Chateau La Mer so far. I was looking online and also really liked Flowerfield, but I have a feeling it will be way out of my price range, but I still would like to look. Has anyone been to West Lake Inn? Any opinions on the place? Are they in the same price range as Flowerfield? If anyone has any suggestions as to some other nice halls, please let me know. Thank you in advance for all of your help.

Opinions on West Lake Inn and prices?

Mishy, We had our wedding there in October 2001 and could not have been happier. WE had a Sat afternoon reception and it was 60pp plus tax a gratuity. the food is the same as at Lands End and Flowerfield the difference is that West Lake Inn has no grounds. They have a gazebo but nothing like the other 2 have. We dealt with Pat and she was wonderful!! Please let me know if you want any more details. Good Luck Lisa

Thanks for getting back to me. Other than the website, I haven't seen any pictures of West Lake Inn, and the pictures on there site aren't very clear to begin with. Would you have any pictures online that you might be able to send to me via email? If not, that's ok. Also, how was the food? Was there alot of food at the cocktail hour? Any other details that may stand out would be greatly appreciated. Once again, thank you for getting back to me. I will be sure to go take a look.
