Ok today Fh and i were talking about the father/daughter dance and mother/son dance. Well i do like the songs, buttefly kisses and I loved her first alot...the lyrics are great and go perfect for that day...the thing is that i am not THAT crazy about the way the songs sound, they're not bad just not that great either...So i was just thinking about the celine dion song 'because you loved me' i think its such a beautiful song...the lyrics dont talk about a father daughter relationship though, and maybe for that day one of those 2 songs might be better but not sure. What do you think? here are the lyrics:

but other songs that are more upbeat: 'isn't she lovely', 'my girl' ...hmmm i know theres others but i cant remember now lol

Denise, I think that's a great song to dance to with your father! I've never seen/heard this song as a father/daughter song at a wedding, so it's unique which is great, and also the lyrics are perfect!

These were all great...thanks for sharing them.
I cant believe that I am such a mucsh tonight...I never am and I dont know why but I was watching the wedding videos that you so kindly suggested to search for in outube and I got all teary eyed.
Since you all dont know me I am not a mush at all. I am laid back, appreciate life but never really cry. Gosh I think I may cry on my wedding day and never would have expected it!
