ready for this- SHE DIDN:T EVEN RESPOND!...so now it only looks worse,as though she KNOWS she is wrong!..any suggestions on what to do?..my theory is just leave it alone now..I said what I had to say and got it off my chest and I feel better...

wow! I'd be beyond ****-ed and hurt--like everyone said--WHY that weekend? I know in the grand scheme of things, 'it' could be worse-because I am NOT one to sweat the small stuff-but this is a big deal--its not nice to steal someone's thunder like that--not like it's a couple of months apart -- it's a once in a lifetime day that should be special for you & your FH-not overshadowed by another family wedding the weekend before-

id be ****ed.... we think fh's cousin is going do somethinng like this......me and fh both think you should have your batchlorette party that night....
as some girls stated... its not bad having two parties close together, but thats when you talk about it ahead of time, which obviously she didnt do. and to some families its a financial burden to have two weddings to give gifts at within one month.
