opinions please- using a note card from hallmark for placecard, menu & program info
i saw these notecards (same size as a thank you) and the color and design is realy nice in person.. and matches my BM dresses and beachy theme..
is it silly to use these as placecards?? i'd have a calligrapher put their name across the bottom of the front of the card and then create a mini booklet to include program, table assignment and menu - one page for each..
the only thing is on the back theres a big hallmark logo - does it matter??

I dont think the logo matters, my only concern is it going to be to big? How will you arrange them?

i thought of that too... i'll have to test it out first to see if adding paper will weigh it down and then theres goes the tented card! its a small card just about the same size as a respond card.

i love these and i think its a great idea! you can def do it.
i should go get these for my thank yous! but i think the blue may be too aqua for my colors.

the blue is not bright.. not aqua like/tiffany blue, its a soft bluish color..

I think they are very nice!! I am just wondering if it would be too heavy. I did notice you said you would include the program in it but isn't the program for the church??? Would you have them at the church and then expect them to bring them to the RH to find their table? I would do a seperate program. I think it would be cool to include the menu on it though.

oops should have mentioned that! i'm getting married at the RH so its not going to be a full blown program just something to recognize our BP and the order of the ceremony...

Oh- sorry I didn't realized that the wedding was at the RH. Then I think it would be a great idea to include all of it on the place card. I love them!!!

Love it!! Just lay it flat on their plate. It won't look too big. Love the colors and the design. Very beachy earthy feel

good point ...i can lay them flat too..hmmm.. looks like i have a project ahead of.. oh FH is going to love this one!
