Optonline

Is anyone having an problems? We cant get on to the internet at home. My poor DH is having a heart attack. I couldn't get on late last night either.

I have been having some trouble in the past few weeks. I'll come to sign on and I'll have no service. It usually comes back after about an hour or so!!

I had this happen last week and it turned out that my wireless router needed to be rebooted. I don't know if that helps. Sometimes you need to re-boot the modem.
