order stuffing with hotel cards and maps

Hey, I am sending out my invites this week and I am confused. I know that the response card and envelope go on top of the invitation but, where do the hotel information and directions go?
behind the rsvp card or the invitation?

i ordered mine

reception card
rsvp card on top of envelope
hotel info/map directions...

isn't it supposed to be according to size? the smallest card goes on top and the largest card goes in the back

I just sent mine out Saturday and found an etiquette website. It said reception card then response card and then in order of importance. But I also did see in size order so you can go either way. I went with reception card, response card, directions and then hotel card.

my invitation comes in a jacket - not sure if ONLY the invite should go inside the jacket or if I can put everything inside there as if it were an inner envelope - im only using the jackets so that my rhinestone embelishment is safe
