ordered a photo book from MYPUBLISHER.com

It is a soft cover book filled with vacation pics. It shipped on 9/17/04 USPS Priority Mail but I have not received it yet?!?!

Should I be worried? It's only coming from Valhalla, NY. I get USPS mail from VA in 2 - 3 days.

How long does mail take from upstate?

ETA: I called already but they closed at 5 p.m. - just missed them.
