So, I decided to stop being a chicken and order a birdcage veil. I have been on the fence about getting one for awhile.I did alot of research on what I wanted (birdcageveils.com especially) and decided to see if Barrons could help me out. I didnt want to order online because I wanted to make sure I didnt look ridiculous in one. Barrons had a few to try on. I also brought along pictures of what I wanted. We then picked out a flower and feather fascinator. He is going to have the flower be able to detach from the veil because I only plan on wearing the veil part for the church. I will then wear only the flower for the reception. He also is adding a few scattered rhinestones for some bling. The price was good, $100, about $40 cheaper than what I saw online for a comparable item. I told him to take his time because I have 10 months to my wedding, so I wont have it until after the New Year. Here are some pictures of what inspired me:

I wish I would have known. I'm selling a birdcage veil just like that with the crystals on the bottom purchased from Kleinfelds for $330. I'm selling it for $150. It's gorgeous and never worn if anyone is interested. I wore a bubble veil instead and this veil has been sitting in the box for months.
