My girls are scattered around the state so it really wouldn't be practical (or possible?) to order from the same store. I see a lot of girls on here talking about ordering at the same time so they come from the same dye lot.
Is it really possible to have them noticably different shades, or is this just an anal bride thing? lol

i have bm from other states too... they came in to visit and i had them measured... now they are having them shipped to them so they can get alterations... or you can have them get their measurements done and send them to you... i would makesure they are from the same batch

most of my bms are out of town too, they just got measured near them or measured themselves and called them in to the store.

Don't they have to put a deposit down when ordering though? Did they do it over the phone?

you can set it up to have all the girls listed on the order form and then the dresses will not be ordered until the dresses have been paid for. thats the way they do it at davids bridals at least

They could always get measured somewhere else and call in their measurements to wherever you are ordering the dresses fom.

They out of state girls can get measured at home and have the measurements sent to the store. I think the bridal stores will either take a check my mail or credit card over teh phone for the deposit

i have alot of girls and 3 live far. 2 are coming for the day to get measured and one is giving her measurements over the phone. their dresses will be sent to their houses.

If the dresses do not come from the same dye lot it is noticeable.....I'm a designer and this is a big issue we always try to avoid.
