If I wanted to have sashes made for the FGs in the same color as the BM dresses...how would I go about doing this? Do I contact the store I ordered the dresses or the designer directly?
Does anyone know if its pricey to get extra fabric for sashes?

I bought a yard of material with the BM gowns for someone who will be having straps made (try to order at the same time so they come from the same dye lot) and it was $20. Not bad.

i would ask your store first but if they dont do it, shauna told me about m and j trimmings in the city. they are in the fashion district so sell a whole loadddd of stuff. or you could try a fabric store.

Do you have any really short BM's?
I have a couple of really really short BM's, so we're just going to use the fabric that's left over after they get their dresses hemmed

I only have one short bridesmaid..my little sister is about 5'1 or 5'2ish...the rest will tower over me. Since I have 4 FGs I'll probably need alot of fabric!!
