Ordering from Burton's question

My mom finally found the dress she wants. I originally called Burton's and they said they just order them, they don't store any gowns. So I wanted to call them to see how much they would get the dress for. Do I just call them and tell them this is the dress we want? Or do I need to make an appt to see them? Thanks for the help!

Re: Ordering from Burton's question

You may need to go in, so you can leave a deposit, but call first to tell them you want to order a dress and maybe they will take a credit card number over the phone.
