I had planned on DIY invitations but I ordered these beautiful favor tags from someone on Etsy and now I'm thinking about ordering the matching invitations from her as well. My mother is flipping out at the idea of me ordering the invites online an not dealing with a person face to face. Did anyone order their invites online/etsy and have any issues?

we ordered our invites from InvitationsByDawn.com and had no problems. I would highly suggest though to receive a sample of the invite in the mail FIRST before placing an official order. Also, we paid extra to receive a digital proof of the invite and all the inserts which we needed to approve before the order was sent to print. Thank god we did because when we received the proofs we needed to make a few changes to the placement of the words. But, once it was perfect, we placed the official order and we received everything with no issues.
ETA: also, I had emailed/called their customer service dept several times with questions before placing my initial order. IBD.com has great customer service!
