I'm looking for an original idea instead of rice throwing or bubble blowing after the church. I'm having a fall-theme wedding...any ideas???

I thought of leaves at one point, but you cannot use ground-leaves since they are dirty, buggy and can be crunchy. You cannot buy 'fakes' because the dye can come off on outfits. But it was a cute idea. I did rose petals- not orginal but pretty. And I don't like using live creatures- such as doves or butterflies. Not sure what else there is.

WHat baout that confetti stuff - sometimes people put them in invitations they have ones that are leaves and they are metallicy.

Does any of the stores have a hole puncher that punches leaves, you can punch the confetti your self on the paper of choice.

Thanks for the advise! ... I'm not too sure how I feel about the dove/butterfly thing either. Where did you get the rose petals?

Someone posted this the other day, and I loved the idea. I don't know how to bump, but here is one of the pics. It is dissolvable hearts....

I am not too sure, I copied the pic from that post, but I believe they are Martha Stewart. Sorry, if I didn't help much! Good Luck! I think it is an awesome idea, since they dissolve with water, you don't have to worry about clean up!

i think i saw some on the knot. theres some at the ultimateweddingmall.com too. ITs called wedding rice even though its not really rice.
