Orthopediest associated with Mid/New Island...

Back when I was on Long Island I used to go see Dr. Anne Kelly in Uniondale and had my knee surgeries at the hospital for special surgery in NYC. Now, I'm in Texas and my mom is having some real bad knee troubles and she is the only driver in my family.
My family lives about a mile away from Mid Island so I am trying to find out some recommendations for Ortho's who you ladies may have seen and liked who might be associated with Mid/New Island Hospital...

Sorry i can't help. I went to three different Orthopedic doctors before finally giving up. My last one was in Long Island in Cedarhurst and due to him and his wise@ss remarks and poor follow up and care, I am STILL in PT.

Now I see a doctor actually in the city.
Guess where??? Hospital for Special Surgery. Small world eh? Wish I had gone there for the surgery but I didn't know about them at the time.

Xendrya... The docs are good at HSS and the care is excellent if you have surgery there (I did)
