Oscars inspired BM dress

Hi girls!
I watched Oscars yesterday, probably for the first time in 5 years and I completely fell in love with Natalie Portman''s dress.
My colors are pink, gold and brown and that dress would be perfect.
Any idea where to get an Oscar inspired dress ?
I heard that there sites/ designers that start copying these dresses right away.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ,
Thanks !
Bee
