Are your mothers wearing a dress close to the color of your Bridal party? Or a completely different color?

girls are in eggplant purple, my mom is wearing a lilac-ish/gray-ish dress. the color is pretty but i swear it looks different depending on the lighting it in...

My BM's are ina peacock blue and my Mom is wearing a blue thats darker and FMIL is wearing a silverish dress

my bridesmaids are in black. my mom is wearing cranberry. FMIL is suppose to be wearing blue but we will see what she finds when she goes shopping, supposedly this weekend.

Completely different, but it matches great. My BP is wearing a dark red, and my mom is wearing mushroom......it's brown with a pink tint.
ETA: FMIL is wearing celery green

I personally wouldn't be thrilled if they wore the same exact color. My girls are wearing Navy Blue and my mom is wearing a bronze color (I haven't seen it yet because it is getting altered). I'm not sure what color FMIL is wearing yet. We are buying her dress when she gets here (2 weeks before the wedding!!!!!)

BMs are wearing black and my mom is wearing Sapphire Blue. As for his mom I have no idea what she's wearing but I told her no Black, Blue or anything that may resemble white (white, ivory, champagne)

hmmmmm so I am guessing it would prob be better for my mother to stand out a bit and not wear the blue which is very close to the sky blue the bridal party is wearing and be in the champagne/goldish color dress.
