Other posts stirred up my feelings about...

The fact I am sitting next to a cabinet that has my in it. FH has had this since before christmas and I was at school today and actually saw a girl showing off her early valentine gift( ). I cant believe I havent gotten this yet and we have booked our hall, went to look at other vendors and are even eloping first to Vegas in June. What is wrong with clueless man ? I even asked him when we were going to a bridal show if I could wear it because I felt funny without it because at the one before all the girls were flashing them around(I know! I know!)He says yeah sure and it pissed me off (I swear I can be mental)and I didnt wear it but I never got it either. I hate him Just kidding I even thought maybe Valentines Day(even though he says he doesnt believe in giving it to me on a holiday)but the other night he tells me we have no money so dont buy me anything for valentines day and he was nasty about it. I am sorry to hear this. But just think of the amazing surprise that is in store for you!

I can so relate!!! FH had my ring for three months before he gave it to me.. and he 'hid' it in his room.. Well smarty pants put it in our luggage set that we had purchased a year ago, and in the front pocket! I didnt know it was there, and I went to finally take it home with me, since he had been complaining forever that it was still in the middle of his room. So I start to make sure that all the pieces were in it, and he comes in the room.. and starts freaking out!!! He asked if I had checked the front pocket, I said no. He said 'Good, cause thats where I hid your ring!'. And it sat there for another two months, and I never looked at it! It was torture.. I swear they get a kick out of it.. Cause they know we want it so bad!!!

Sorry you are upset.
But it sounds like this is something he has to do himself. He wants to make it special, his way, so just give him time.
