ouch

So a couple weeks back, I had a root canal on the last molar on my upper right side. (It's the last molar before the wisdom tooth).

This morning they did the post and crown, lasered the gums back there (which was needed) and the dentist kinda filed down a little bit of my wisdom tooth, as it's verrrrrrry slowwwwwwly creeping in, and it's growing a bit toward that molar.

I was okay earlier when the Aleve kicked in, but it's now 5 hours later and it's starting to wear off. Aleve is a 12-hour med, but will I fck myself over if I popped another?

OR.

I could not take another Aleve and just have a beer and a shot in a little while when I'm out of here, which will help a lot.

I'm seriously unsure as to which is worse for me.

Help?

Taking another Aleve is not going to hurt you. You just shouldn't do that every day.

Youc an actually take them every 8 hours according to the mfg, but if you need to take an extra one one time it's not going to kill you.

Take another Aleve. Feel better!!!

Alright well I was GOING to say that I'll take another Aleve and have a drink or five but then I thought people might get all antsy and silly about it.

OF COURSE I'm going to drink a bit. I'm seeing Courtney tonight, and she's done a hell of a lot more than two Aleves and some booze, and she's still kicking.
