OK..so once our feet our killing us ladies...after the cocktail hour and once we're dancing up a storm at our receptions...what are you putting on your feet?
I thought of slippers, but I dont' want my dress dragging and having to hold up the front....
Any suggestions? Or are we all suffering for the sake of great looking shoes? I might not object if I was wearing Jimmy Chu's. LOL

I bought whie isotoner slippers that matched my ivory dress...the colors matched.
They were so much more comfy, and I switched back to my shoes for the cake cutting and also the dances so my dress didn't look funny.
Although, your dress is going to get dirty on the bottom, even if you do have your shoes on.

My MOH just bought me these from Victorias Secret.
I actually found a pair of platform flip flops that are just as high as my dress so it won't drag. They are the most comfortable shoes in the world! (to me anyway hehe)

Those look PERFECT !! I refused to take off my shoes at our wedding because DH is 6'3' and well I'm no where near that IBut if I had a pair of those I wouldn't have been in pain....coulda shoulda woulda !

I used to have a co-worker who called pain for the sake of beautiful shoes 'cute-itis.' We both had it a LOT.
I'm going to try hard to keep my shoes on all day. I'm going to buy the shoe cushions by Foot Petals that supposedly take the pressure off the balls of your feet, which is the first thing that starts to hurt when you're standing in heels for a long time! I hope they work! My friend says they are a miracle.

I'll be putting on flip-flops...not flat ones though..the ones I got have liek 2.5 in heel which is the same as my ceremony shoes and my dance shoes so I shouldn't have a problem with the dress being too log.

I bought white flip flops that have a little bit of a platform from ann taylor loft. I figured I can wear them on my honeymoon too! I refuse to walk around in 2 1/2 heals all day! I don't know what I was thinking!!!!

i had my shoes on from 12pm until 230am and by about 10pm i was dying! So i changed into white platform slippers...and i felt so much better!

i posted this already but i love telling people so i wil lsay it again...
i ordered a white pair of nike shox 360's... gonna 'bedazzle' the nike 'swooshes' & i'm putting those puppies on right after our first dance (i have a pair of cheap shoes to wear for the church, pics,dance,etc)
i REFUSE to be uncomfy..esp since i will be bustin a move like a champ! haha!
my sis was actually crying the night of her wedding..during her reception...bc her feet hurt from her shoes! that will not be me!
